I like knowing where the job actually came from. If I can go straight to the company's website and apply there, that's what I prefer.

I mostly want the newest jobs. Too many sites keep old listings around forever.

I used to have several job boards open every morning plus a bunch of company career pages bookmarked. After a while it just became too much to keep checking. Having the remote openings together makes the search a lot easier to manage.

Show me the position, the location, and where to apply. I don't need ten extra steps.

The word "remote" gets used pretty loosely now. I've clicked jobs that turned out to be hybrid, jobs that only allow remote work in two states, and even jobs that required being in the office during training. I just want that information to be clear before I spend time on the application.

Dead links are probably my biggest complaint with job sites. I'll find something that looks perfect, click apply, and the company page says the position doesn't exist anymore. If the employer took it down, I don't want to keep seeing it.

Simple works for me. Give me useful remote openings and a direct way to get to the employer.
